LifeForce Yoga to Manage the Mood & Beat the Blues
IIn this 4-week series you will learn how to effectively manage and alleviate the symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and major stress.
Each week will have a different focus: pranayama (yogic breath), meditation techniques, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), Nada yoga (mantras & chanting). Every session will include postures, relaxation and meditation.
Upon completing this 4-week program, you will have the tools necessary to develop an achievable personal daily practice. You will learn how to maintain a balanced mood, mental clarity, physical vitality and feel a greater sense of purpose.

Love Thy Self

To truly love in this life, we must begin with loving ourselves. Who we are at our core, our True Self, is composed of light and love.
In this 3-hour workshop with manual you will re-discover what it means to love your Self by lifting your mood, clearing the obstructions that are blocking your true nature, identifying your True Self and revealing what feeling whole means to you.
Through movement, meditation, mantra and other yogic techniques we will release Prana (“life force energy") throughout the body, enlivening and enriching the physical, mental and emotional bodies. We will learn how to open the energetic heart to love all that life has to offer, and balance all the energy centers of the body to create wholeness.
You will rediscover your voice, begin to identify your truth, learn how to fully and consciously breathe, move your body with compassion, and calm your mind with meditation. All of these acts of Self love will bring you home to who you truly are.
This practice is for ALL LEVELS and is suitable to most EVERYBODY.

Yoga for Emotional Empowerment

By guiding you through exercises on and off the mat, you will get in touch with your body and tune into its needs on an emotional level. By understanding your emotions, you will see how to work with them and let them be the guide and alchemist that they actually are.
We will play with yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breath), kriyas (cleansing breath), mantras and chanting, meditation, and more - to free the emotional blockages that are inhibiting you from expressing your true self.
